Use of the Website

Gebruik van de Website

This website is designed to create custom maps of your activities, not those of others. This is with expection to the gifting functionality. If you want to connect to someone else's Strava account or want to use GPX files that are not your own, please make sure that you have written approval of all parties involved.

Deze website is ontworpen om persoonlijke posters te maken van jouw activiteiten, niet die van anderen. Dit is met uitzondering van de cadeau-functionaliteit. Als je verbinding wilt maken met het Strava-account van iemand anders of GPX-bestanden wilt gebruiken die niet van jou zijn, zorg er dan voor dat je schriftelijke goedkeuring hebt van alle betrokken partijen.

We are committed to giving you the highest quality prints, and our website is designed so that you can be sure about how your print will look when we deliver it to you. However, if something seems wrong with the quality of the product or if any mistakes are made during printing and shipping, please reach out to us at info@myadventuremap.nl, and we will offer you a good solution.

We zetten ons in om je prints van de hoogste kwaliteit te bieden, en onze website is ontworpen zodat je zeker kunt zijn van hoe jouw print eruit zal zien wanneer we het aan je leveren. Als er echter iets mis lijkt te zijn met de kwaliteit van het product of als er fouten zijn gemaakt tijdens het printen en verzenden, neem dan contact met ons op via info@myadventuremap.nl. Dan zoeken we graag samen met jou naar een oplossing.

Returns

Retouren

Since we are offering fully customized prints, we cannot accept returns. We do like to hear why you were not satisfied with the product, and offer you an alternative.

Omdat we persoonlijke prints aanbieden, kunnen we helaas geen retouren accepteren. Wel horen we heel erg graag wat het is wat we kunnen verbeteren, en je een alternatief bieden.

Cancellations

Annuleringen

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@myadventuremap.nl. If your order is not yet printed, we can cancel your order and transfer the money back to you. If anything goes unexpectedly during your order (for instance, if the print does not seem alright or shopping information is unclear), we have the freedom to cancel your order at any time. If we do so, we will refund the full purchase amount back to you and try to reach you to give you more information and help you to order again if you wish to do so.

Als je je bestelling wilt annuleren, stuur dan zo snel mogelijk een e-mail naar info@myadventuremap.nl, of beter nog, SMS of WhatsApp het telefoonnummer. Als je bestelling nog niet is afgedrukt, kunnen we je bestelling annuleren en het geld naar je terugstorten. Als er tijdens je bestelling iets onverwachts gebeurt (bijvoorbeeld als de print niet in orde lijkt te zijn of als de informatie onduidelijk is), hebben we de vrijheid om je bestelling op elk moment te annuleren. Als we dat doen, betalen we het volledige aankoopbedrag aan je terug en proberen we je te bereiken om je meer informatie te geven en je te helpen opnieuw te bestellen als je dat wilt.
